& OTHER IMPORTANT STUFF...

 

We like to lay it down all on the table. There are no activation/start-up fees. For a minimum 3-month commitment, we will charge your credit card the monthly membership payment on the same day each month and you can take advantage of all our membership benefits. 

 

Monthly memberships may be paused for up to 2 months free to charge. Any additional months will be charged a holding fee of $25/month.

Suspensions


CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations for a class can be made through our app, over the phone, or through e-mail. 

If you've purchased a class pack, your class will be returned as a credit onto your account and will remain there for you to use towards your next session. 

You can cancel your membership at any time but if you cancel before 12 payments, the club will charge your credit card for a fee of $45. After 12 payments, there is no charge to cancel your membership. Membership cancellations must be done in club with a staff member or via e-mail. Cancellations are processed this way to ensure you will get a receipt that your cancellation was received. 


REFUNDS & Exchanges

Please be aware that we do not offer refunds on memberships and class packs.

We do not accept returns for refunds, credits, or exchanges. All merchandise sales are final.


reservations

Reservations for classes can be made through our app or on our website. 

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before class to ensure you have enough time to prepare for class. 

Cancellations for class can be made up to 2 hours before class begins (free of charge). Late cancellations will be charged a $5 fee.
