Fight Camp 90 Day
We Handle the Plan. You Just Show Up & Train.
This 90-Day Fight Camp removes the guesswork and gives you a clear plan, expert coaching, and a set schedule, so all you really have to do is show up. Over 3 focused months, you’ll build serious strength & conditioning, layer in boxing fundamentals, and train 1-on-1 with a coach and alongside a small, committed group pushing toward the same goal.
Program Starts: Feb 9th | Registration Deadline: Feb 1st
Get Access To All The Tools For Real Results!
-
A step-by-step boxing program mapped out for the full 12 weeks, including technical focus, conditioning targets, and recovery days. Your coach will adapt the plan to your level and schedule so you build toward your final performance without overtraining.
-
Train 1-on-1 with a boxing coach once a week to refine technique, correct form, and work on your specific strengths and weaknesses. These sessions are where you get detailed feedback on your stance, defense, combinations, and ring IQ so everything feels sharper in class and sparring.
-
You’ll have 5 key classes scheduled each week, plus an Unlimited Membership during the program so you can add extra sessions based on your coach’s recommendations, including access to select semi-private workshops.
Here’s everything that’s included in your 90 Day Fight Camp: a complete boxing training plan, weekly 1-on-1 coaching, and targeted group classes so you know exactly what to do every time you walk into the gym. You’ll have structure, accountability, and enough quality rounds to see real progress.
For Committed Participants. By Application Only.
-
Can you commit to train 3-4 times per week?
We are looking for people who can realistically block off 3 to 4 sessions per week for 90 Days, and are willing to treat those training times like important appointments, not “maybe if I feel like it.”
-
What’s your main goal for this program?
We are looking for participants with a clear intention to learn boxing, get in shape and step in the ring.
-
How do you like to be coached?
We are looking for people who are open to guidance, willing to work hard, and respectful of the coaches and other members—people who want to grow, not just “get a workout in and leave.”
What We’re Looking For
We keep each intake small, so we review every application to make sure it’s the right fit for you and for the group. Answer these honestly—it helps us help you.
Follow A Structured Plan For Real Results
This 90 Day Fight Camp is a High performance Boxing Program that follows a clear, structured plan so you always know what you’re working on and why. Each phase builds on the last—from foundations to progression to performance—so your fitness and skills grow week after week, not at random.
-
The first month locks in your boxing basics—stance, guard, footwork, straight punches, defense, and ring movement. You’ll build conditioning with structured bag work, mitts, and strength circuits while learning how to breathe, pace yourself, and move efficiently. The goal is simple: feel confident in the fundamentals so every rep in Months 2 and 3 has something solid to build on.
-
Month two adds layers: combinations, head movement, angles, and counter-punching, plus more advanced conditioning. You’ll start controlled partner drills and intro-style sparring concepts so you can apply your skills against a live opponent in a safe, coached environment. Expect the work rate to climb while your timing, accuracy, and ring IQ catch up.
-
The final month is about putting it all together and sharpening for fight night or your personal peak. Sessions focus on strategy, situational sparring, and rehearsing realistic rounds with coaching in your corner. Conditioning becomes more fight-specific so you step into the ring—or finish the camp—with confidence in your skills, gas tank, and mindset.
