For Committed Participants. By Application Only.

  • Can you commit to train 3 times per week?

We are looking for people who can realistically block off 3 sessions per week for 6 weeks, and are willing to treat those training times like important appointments, not “maybe if I feel like it.”

  • What’s your main goal for this program?

We are looking for participants with a clear “WHY” — whether that’s building a training routine/lifestyle, getting stronger and fitter, learning real boxing basics, or using this as a reset to feel better day to day.

  • How do you like to be coached?

We are looking for people who are open to guidance, willing to work hard, and respectful of the coaches and other members—people who want to grow, not just “get a workout in and leave.”

What We’re Looking For

We keep each intake small, so we review every application to make sure it’s the right fit for you and for the group. Answer these honestly—it helps us help you.

Follow A Structured Plan For Real Results

This 6-Week Boxing Program follows a clear, structured plan so you always know what you’re working on and why. Each phase builds on the last—from foundations to progression to performance—so your fitness and skills grow week after week, not at random.

  • In the first two weeks, you’ll focus on core boxing basics and fundamentals of weight lifting and conditioning techniques. The goal here is to build a solid base, learn the structure of the sessions, and get your body used to training consistently.

  • In weeks 3 and 4, you’ll layer in more advanced boxing combinations alongside progressively heavier lifts and longer conditioning intervals. The focus is on increasing your work capacity, improving coordination, and dialing in technique while you start to feel noticeable gains in strength and cardio.

  • In the final 2 weeks, you’ll consolidate everything you’ve learned with higher-intensity sessions that challenge both your boxing skills and conditioning. The goal is to sharpen execution, test your progress against where you started, and finish the program feeling stronger, fitter, and more confident in your training.

  • Yes, most people start with 0 boxing experience so if you’re new, you’re in the right place.

We’ll help you start smart, build confidence quickly, and progress without feeling thrown into the deep end.

    • Short-term technique + fitness ramp-up

    • Long-term progressive plan tailored to your goals

    2) Fitness Boxing Classes (All Levels)

Best for: beginners who want the energy of a group class and a fitness-first start.

Our fitness classes are designed for all levels, but we recommend:

    • Arrive 10–15 minutes early

    • Let the coach know you’re new

    • We’ll walk you through:

    • basic stance

    • how to wrap your hands (if needed)

    • foundational punches

    • how the rounds flow

    3) Technical Level 1 Classes

Best for: beginners who want to learn properly from day one.

We offer Level 1 classes (3/week) where you’ll learn:

    • stance + movement

    • jab, cross, hook basics

    • defense fundamentals

    • pad and drill structure

    • how to safely build skill before higher levels

A simple beginner path we recommend: If you want the easiest, most confidence-building route:

  • YES. We offer structured training for members who want to compete — from early skill-building to full fight prep.

The best starting point is a quick evaluation with a coach so we can place you in the right path based on experience, fitness, and readiness.

    Your competition pathway (step-by-step)

    1) Build the foundation

    Start with:

    • Technical Level 1

    • All Levels Fitness

This is where you lock in stance, balance, basic combinations, and conditioning.

    2) Progress into Level 2

    This is where you develop:

    • timing + distance

    • controlled partner work

    • safe sparring readiness

    • composure under pressure

    3) Level 3 + fight prep readiness

This is where you sharpen: advanced technique

    • ring awareness

    • strategy + “fight IQ”

    • higher-performance conditioning

    4) Join our Fight Camp

For members ready to commit to a structured prep environment, our 90-Day Fight Camp is designed for first-time competitors and serious skill progression.

  • The honest answer: it depends, since our progress will vary based on consistency, athletic background, and whether you’re training mostly in group classes or adding 1-on-1 coaching.

Level 2 — Controlled Sparring + Stronger Conditioning

    • Technical Level 2 progression

    • Calm under pressure, safe and structured sparring readiness

      Group training: ~6–12 months

      Private coaching: ~90 days

    Level 3 — Fight-Ready Skill + High Performance Fitness

    • Technical Level 3 progression

    • Advanced skill + composure + conditioning

      Group training: ~12–24 months

      Private coaching: ~6–12 months

    What makes you progress faster?

    • Consistency (this is the real accelerator)

    • Adding 1-on-1 sessions to clean up technique early

    • Starting with Level 1 + all-level fitness together

  • Our complimentary session is designed to help you start the right way, not just drop you into a boxing class and hope for the best. You’ll get a mix of assessment, light coaching, and a clear plan forward.
