The Fight Team is for committed athletes who want to train and compete seriously in amateur or professional boxing while representing United. You should already have solid boxing fundamentals, be comfortable sparring, and be ready to follow a structured training and competition plan.

Yes. You should have consistent boxing experience (classes and/or private training), be comfortable with controlled sparring, and understand basic offence, defence, and ring awareness. If you’re newer to boxing, our 6-Week Program or 90-Day Fight Camp are designed to prepare you for this level.

Fight Team athletes are expected to train multiple times per week, attend team sessions, and stay consistent with strength, conditioning, and technical work. You’ll also be asked to commit to training blocks leading into fights, including making weight, reviewing tape, and following coach instructions.

After you submit your application, a coach will review your experience and invite you for an assessment session (or series of sessions). We look at skill, conditioning, attitude, coachability, and how well you fit the team culture. If accepted, you’ll be placed on a training plan that matches your experience and competition goals.

Fight Team athletes costs depend on your level (beginner amateur vs. advanced/amateur/pro pathway) and competition schedule. Training can be from 50% of reduced to 75% of training cost covered with extra training bursaries. All expectations and fees are discussed clearly before you commit.maintain an active base membership and may have access to reduced rates and support to cover costs such as medicals, licensing, travel, and event fee

You can freeze your membership for up to 2 months per year, with a maximum of 4 weeks at a time.

*Please note, no refunds for annual memberships.
Personal Training (PT)
24-hour notice required
If canceled within 24 hours, the session will be deducted
Group Classes
To keep spots fair and schedules running smoothly:
Late cancellation fee:$15
(if canceled 12 hours or less before class)
No-show fee:$15 and class credit is removed from your account
Exceptions
Late-cancel or no-show fees may be waived only with:
a doctor’s note
or a documented medical emergency
