1) Intro 1-on-1 Personal Training Sessions
Best for: beginners who want confidence fast, a clear plan, or extra coaching before group classes.
You can start with:
7-Day Fundamentals Fast Track

2) Fitness Boxing Classes (All Levels)
Best for: beginners who want the energy of a group class and a fitness-first start.
Our fitness classes are designed for all levels, but we recommend:
Arrive 10–15 minutes early

3) Technical Level 1 Classes

Our complimentary session is designed to help you start the right way, not just drop you into a boxing class and hope for the best. You’ll get a mix of assessment, light coaching, and a clear plan forward.
What to expect
1) Quick assessment: We’ll look at your goals, current fitness level, and any injuries or limitations.
2) Intro coaching :You’ll learn key fundamentals like stance, movement, and basic punches in a calm, beginner-friendly format.
3) Training sample: Depending on your needs, we may run a short skills or fitness-based segment so you can feel what training at UBC is like.
4) Program roadmap: You’ll leave with a simple recommendation for:
• the best class types for your goals
• your ideal weekly schedule
• whether 1-on-1 coaching would accelerate your progress

Yes.
You can freeze your membership for up to 2 months per year, with a maximum of 4 weeks at a time.

You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice
Notice must be provided in person at the club.
If you’re outside the city, you may send your notice by mail
*Please note, no refunds for annual memberships.
Personal Training (PT)
24-hour notice required
If canceled within 24 hours, the session will be deducted
Group Classes
To keep spots fair and schedules running smoothly:
Late cancellation fee:$15
(if canceled 12 hours or less before class)
No-show fee:$15 and class credit is removed from your account
Exceptions
Late-cancel or no-show fees may be waived only with:
a doctor’s note
or a documented medical emergency
